These days my time is spent managing, optimizing, analyzing, researching, designing, and coding web experiences.
I’m naturally curious about how humans are utilizing digital technology to communicate. Why do we click on links or banners? What makes one post a tweet, digital story or Facebook posts more enticing than the next? How can we create seamless digital experiences for our fellow humans? These are the thoughts that keep me awake at night itching to get back to work the next day.
